Coker Expo Return and Refund Policy

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects or damages, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly. Remember, your order is insured. If the packaging is damaged upon arrival, please sign it as 'damaged' and notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Custom-made items, such as printed goods or bespoke products (including special orders or personalised items), are not eligible for return. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds We do not offer sales or returns on business-to-business transactions, as most of our products are made to order or customised. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns & Refunds Specifics
- Ownership: Goods remain the property of Coker Expo until full payment is received.
- Inspection on Receipt: Goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported in writing within 24 hours.
- Business-to-Business Transactions: We are unable to refund goods for business-to-business transactions due to the bespoke nature of most products.
- Delivery Costs: These are non-refundable, and the customer bears return costs.
- Lighting Products: Lighting is tested before dispatch, but bulbs are not guaranteed or replaced if delivered via overnight carrier.
- Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for returned goods, subject to prior agreement.
- Turntables: Speeds are approximate and may vary.
